In the case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product.
If orders exceed PKR 15,000, then customers need to pay PKR 5,000 in advance. For orders above PKR 30,000, customers will have to pay PKR 10,000 in advance.
Replacement of any of our products will be accepted only for damaged/defective products.
Replacement against the damaged/defective product will be accepted only if notified within 24 hours of delivery.
The replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 Working days.
